Jason Nail joined Parkside Partners in 2017 and is responsible for handling the development side of Parkside’s transactions.  Jason has delivered over $500 million worth of various product types during his 15-year career in construction and real estate development.  Project types range from multi-family/hotel to healthcare and office.  He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Science and earned his MBA with a focus in real estate from Georgia State University.
