Over the past two decades, Parkside has leveraged its local market knowledge and track record of success to change the face of work environments. Since its founding by Kyle Jenks in 2003, Parkside has acquired and/or developed 42 projects totaling over 2,400,000 SF. Through aesthetic improvements and increased occupancy, these projects have served to enhance their surrounding communities, most notably, Chamblee and Midtown Atlanta. Parkside's most recent value-add project is The Flats, a 435,000 SF project in Chamblee where 9 buildings have been integrated into a vibrant campus setting.
