The Flats at District at Chamblee is a portfolio of nine office buildings totaling 433,000 SF in Chamblee, Georgia. Acquired by Parkside in early 2021, The Flats offers prospective tenants immediate access to I-85, myriad indoor and outdoor social amenities, a high-end fitness center, shared conference spaces, and proximity to some of Atlanta’s best food and beverage destinations. Since acquisition, Parkside has successfully sold one building after securing a full-building GSA lease and increased occupancy in the project’s multi-tenant buildings to more than 90%.
