Boundary

Boundary is a visionary three-building campus ideally situated on Peachtree and 17th Streets in Midtown Atlanta. Parkside acquired the three class “C” buildings originally built in the 1950’s in December 2017. Aftr relocating the existing tenants, Parkside completed a total redesign and renovation of the functionally asolete buildigns. The result is 159,000 of Class “A” creative office and retail space. Boundary features a 300 foot linear park on Peachtree which is truly unique in Midtown. Lead tenants include Compass, HLGstudio, Howell Rusk Dodson and United Talent Agency. The project was sold in 2024, and Parkside continues to provide Property Management and Leasing services for the new owners.
