Boundary is a visionary three-building campus ideally situated on Peachtree and 17th Streets in Midtown Atlanta. Acquired by Parkside in December 2017, a dramatic redevelopment and unification of the functionally obsolete buildings through design and architecture resulted in 159,000 SF of creative office, retail and restaurant space. Boundary features a 300-foot linear park on Peachtree Street which is truly unique in Midtown. Lead tenants include WeWork, Compass, United Talent Agency, HLGstudio, and Howell Rusk Dodson. This project was completed in March 2020.
