Delivering in the summer fo 2023, Oakhurst Commons is a transformative adaptive re-use project in Charlotte, NC. Parkside Partners has repurposed a former pigment and dye company headquarters into a highly amenitized mixed-use environment featuring five distinctly restored buildings. With a perfect blend of industrial charm and contemporary elegance, Oakhurst Commons includes a social hub, fitness center, conference room and numerous outdoor amenitiy areas exclusively for tenant use. Currently the project is 20% pre-leased to both office and retail users eager to be a part of this exciting development.
