Trackside

Parkside and Pattillo Industrial Real Estate formed a joint venture in 2016 to develop Trackside, Chamblee’s first Class “A” office buildings. The partnership was the successful bidder of many developers to ground lease the 2-acre MARTA parking lot located directly across from the Chamblee MARTA station on Peachtree Road. Completed in June 2018, Trackside features two buildings totaling 72,000 SF as well as a two level parking deck. The transit-oriented development serves as the corporate headquarters of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate. Other tenants include Golder Corporation (29,000 SF), Guidehouse Global (9,000 SF) and Mobilewalla (6,000 SF).
