Acquired in 2019 by Parkside Partners, Tucker Exchange is a five-level, 248,272 SF office building located in Tucker, Georgia. The building features easy access to the rest of Metro Atlanta, above-market parking ratios, more than 30 nearby restaurants, and a highly unique architectural design, with significant exposed concrete and a dramatic five-story glass atrium. As part of its acquisition, Parkside plans to create additional on-site amenities, including a rooftop deck with dramatic views of the Atlanta skyline.
