Madeline has over 22 years of property management experience and is responsible for helping lead the Property Management team and grow Parkside’s third-party portfolio.  She works closely with the Leadership Team to ensure the Property Management business team is exceeding the goals of all partners, owners and investors.  She has previously managed portfolios ranging from 1.5 million square feet of Class A office, over 3.5 million square feet of industrial/flex buildings, as well as a portfolio of over 8.0 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties.  She holds a LEED GA certification and her Georgia real estate license and earned a degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
