Parkside acquired the 42,408 SF Class “C” building on West Peachtree directly across from the Art Center MARTA station in 2017. Parkside’s initial redevelopment plans for the building were further enhanced after it reached an agreement with Interface Inc. (NASDAQ: TILE) to locate its global headquarters in the project. The result is the combined vision for one of the most unique and sustainable redevelopment projects in Atlanta and the Southeast. Designed by MSTSD and Perkins + Will, 1280 West Peachtree has won numerous awards for design and sustainability including The Midtown Alliance award for exceptional design in 2019. Parkside sold the building to Stockbridge upon its completion in 2018.
