Parkside acquired an existing office and warehouse building situated on 8 acres from Honeywell Corporation in the summer of 2017. Using a combination of selective demolition and adaptive reuse, Parkside fully converted the existing buildings into Technology Park’s first true loft office space. The building is fully leased to Brightree, a subsidiary of ResMed (NYSE: RMD), who relocated their corporate headquarters to the project. Construction started in March 2019 and was completed in December 2019. Parkside sold the project to a high net worth investor in early 2020.
