In 2017, Parkside acquired an existing office / warehouse building situated on 8 acres from Honeywell Corporation. Bureau will be the first project of its kind in Technology Park, delivering true loft office space featuring both adaptive reuse and ground up construction. Phase 1 is an adaptive reuse of the former Honeywell Building, and it will contain 60,000 SF. It is fully leased to Brightree , who will relocate their corporate headquarters to the project . Construction started in March 2019, and will be completed in December 2019. Phase 2 is currently under design, and it will feature 40,000 SF of highly unique ground up construction.
